Spring is asparagus season! Most of us cannot get enough of it, especially when it is grilled. Be sure if you do grill your asparagus that the grill is fully preheated. The same applies for the oven. When the temperature is correct, these can roast for 15 minutes and be \"done\" to perfection. Serves 4

Yields1 Serving
 1 Large bunch of asparagus
2 tbsp Lemon fused olive oil
Sea salt and ground black pepper
Switch it Up!
For a fresh and herbaceous option, replace all the Lemon fused olive oil with Tuscan Herb or Herbes de Provence infused olive oil and add a splash of Sicilian Lemon white balsamic if desired to add a bit of zip to the finished product.
For an herbaceous yet still lemony variation, substitute half the Lemon fused olive oil with Milanese Gremolata.
Looking for something delicious and sweet? Drizzle the asparagus on the serving plate with 1-2 Tbsp of Traditional, Fig, Neapolitan Herb, or Pomegranate dark balsamic right before serving.
