Easy, weeknight meal that's full of flavor!
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place in a dish with 1 TBS of Herbs de Provence EVOO along with 2 TBS of Sicilian Lemon balsamic and minced garlic. Marinate chicken for no longer than 30 minutes. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat with 1 TBS of Herbs de Provence EVOO. Place chicken thighs in the skillet. Cook 5 minutes each side or until chicken is golden brown. Serve on a platter and drizzle pan sauce on top of chicken.
