Ingredients
  

  • 1 large organic lemon, scrubbed and quartered (peel included)
  • 3 tbsp Bodacious Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 small nub of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • Optional: a sprinkle of cinnamon for serving

Instructions
 

  • Toss everything into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp (save it for a baking add-in or compost).
  • Pour into a mason jar and chill, or enjoy a fresh glass right away with a dash of cinnamon.

Notes

Makes 5–6 servings. Store it in the fridge for up to 5 days, and give it a shake before sipping.
