Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Salmon (approx. 5 oz each)
  • 2 tsp Bodacious Cold Smoked Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Bodacious Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp The Spice House Salmon Seasoning
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Baking Option:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
  • In a small skillet, heat Cold Smoked Olive Oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant and golden, about 2 minutes.
  • Add Alfoos Mango Balsamic, honey, mustard, and seasoning. Whisk and simmer until glaze thickens—about 4 minutes.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the glaze.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, then reapply glaze and bake for another 7–10 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily.

Grilling Option:

  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down.
  • Brush with glaze and grill for 5 minutes. Re-glaze and continue grilling for 6–8 more minutes (depending on thickness), until cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with grilled veggies, jasmine rice, or a simple salad.

Notes

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds for a hint of nut and texture.
