Sourdough Toast with Crispy Olive Oil Egg & Basil Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 thick slice sourdough bread toasted
  • 1 egg
  • 4 asparagus spears fresh
  • 1 tbsp Bodacious Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Bodacious Basil Infused Olive Oil
  • Cracked black pepper + sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a drizzle of Robust EVOO in a skillet. Crack in your egg and spoon hot oil over the top until the whites are set and the edges are delightfully crispy.
  • n a separate pan, sauté asparagus in Basil Olive Oil until just tender and bright green.
  • Layer asparagus on toasted bread, top with your crispy egg, and finish with cracked pepper and flake salt.

💡 Pro tip: This also works beautifully topped with a few cherry tomato halves or microgreens.
