Steak Tips with Espresso Balsamic Glaze

- 1 lb steak tips
- 2 tbsp Bodacious Espresso Dark Balsamic
- 1 tbsp The Spice House Steakhouse Smoke Seasoning
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp Bodacious Garlic Olive Oil
In a small bowl, whisk together the Espresso Balsamic, Steakhouse Smoke Seasoning, and sea salt.
Place steak tips in a bowl or zip-top bag with the marinade. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat the Garlic Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak tips with the marinade and sear until browned on all sides. Cook to your preferred level of doneness (about 6–8 minutes for medium).
Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 10 minutes to seal in the juices.
Serve over rice pilaf, roasted veggies, or a bed of greens for a full-flavored feast.
