Steak Tips with Espresso Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 2 tbsp Bodacious Espresso Dark Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp The Spice House Steakhouse Smoke Seasoning
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Bodacious Garlic Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Espresso Balsamic, Steakhouse Smoke Seasoning, and sea salt.
  • Place steak tips in a bowl or zip-top bag with the marinade. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Heat the Garlic Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak tips with the marinade and sear until browned on all sides. Cook to your preferred level of doneness (about 6–8 minutes for medium).
  • Remove from heat and let the steak rest for 10 minutes to seal in the juices.
  • Serve over rice pilaf, roasted veggies, or a bed of greens for a full-flavored feast.
