Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint ripe strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves, chiffonade or whole
  • 2 tbsp Bodacious Basil Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Bodacious Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • Flaky sea salt + fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1–2 cups arugula or spring mix for a heartier salad base

Instructions
 

  • On a serving plate or in a shallow bowl, layer strawberries and mozzarella over greens (if using).
  • Drizzle with Basil Olive Oil and Strawberry Balsamic.
  • Top with basil, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately or let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
