Italian Espresso Dark Balsamic
Bodacious Italian Herbs of Naples Dark Balsamic
(Optional Vinegar Substitute)
Bodacious Basil Infused Olive Oil
(Optional EVOO Substitute)
Instructions
Wash and dice tomatoes.
Mince garlic and let sit for 15 minutes, this releases the nutrients in the garlic.
Combine garlic and tomatoes in a small bowl.
Sprinkle pepper over the mixture, add salt.
Add 3 tbsp. of Regional Extra Virgin Olive Oil Robust, 2 tbsp Bodacious Herbes de Provence Infused Olive Oil (or Basil).
Add 2 tbsp Traditional 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar and 1 tbsp Italian Espresso Dark Balsamic
Let rest for 20 minutes in the fridge. Serve with bread or as a side dish to most meals.
