6Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3Cloves of garlic, minced
1tbspKosher salt
1tspCracked black pepper
Instructions
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place in a dish with 1 TBS of Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil along with 2 TBS of Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic and minced garlic. Marinate chicken for no longer than 30 minutes. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat with 1 TBS of Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil. Place chicken thighs in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is golden brown. Serve on a platter and drizzle pan sauce on top of the chicken.
