Join Chef Ed this Valentine’s season as we whisk, roll, and craft vibrant beet‑infused pasta together. This hands‑on experience is all about color, flavor, and creating something beautiful with someone you adore.

Appetizer:
• Roasted Beet & Citrus Salad with arugula, candied pecans, and honey vinaigrette

Hands‑On Pasta Making:
• Fresh Beet Pasta Dough

Entree:

• Beet Fettuccine with Lemon‑Herb Ricotta & Brown Butter
• Calabrian Chile Chicken

• Wine & beer service will be available during the event. Your first beer or glass of wine is complimentary.
• If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact Bodacious Event Director Jada at 850‑438‑7857 ext. 305 before purchasing your ticket.
• Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. If enrollment is low, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the class. In the event of cancellation, guests will be notified and refunded within 24 hours.
