Ingredients:

  • 5 Tbsp Bodacious Butter Olive Oil
  • 1 loaf Brioche, cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup Bodacious Maple Balsamic

Directions:

• Prepare the Bread: Grease a large baking dish with 3 Tbsp of Butter Olive Oil and add the cubed brioche.

• Mix & Soak: In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ½ tsp sea salt, ½ Tbsp vanilla sugar, and the remaining 2 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil. Pour over the brioche, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

• Marinate the Berries: Toss strawberries and blueberries with Maple Balsamic and a pinch of sea salt in a separate bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spoon the marinated berries over the soaked brioche. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Finish & Serve: Sprinkle with the remaining vanilla sugar and serve warm with your favorite maple syrup!
